Funding

The University of Iceland does not offer any scholarships or teaching assistantships, but keep in mind that there are no tuition fees in Viking and Medieval Norse Studies. Most graduate students in Viking and Medieval Norse Studies support themselves on scholarships or student loans from their home countries, or use their own personal savings.
