The University of Iceland's communication portal is part of Ugla the UI internal website.
You can link to the communication portal here or take advantage of a shortcut at the top of this website.
All applications for a study programme are through the Communication Portal of the University of Iceland and all your communication regarding the application process will be in the Portal.
Current and graduated students who have an access to Ugla also need to create a separate account into the Communication Portal when applying for a new study programme.
