The Teaching Academy of the Public Universities will hold its annual conference in Veröld – House of Vigdís, on Friday 22 November 2024 from 9:00 to 16:00.
The goal of the Teaching Academy is to create a forum for discussion on university teaching. This year's conference host is the School of Social Sciences at the University of Iceland.
The conference´s theme is how to bridge the gap between secondary schools and universities and reflect on how to accommodate modern students in universities.
The conference is open to all those who are concerned with teaching at the university level, teachers, students, and administrators.
The conference is free of charge for participants, but registration is required. Registration takes place on the website of the Teaching Academy.
