An introductory presentation on the UI-Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) will be held in Fenjamýri in Gróska, on Thursday 21 November at 16.30 pm.
The goal is to support women to develop their companies and business ideas, increase female representation in the Icelandic entrepreneurial and innovation sector, and help women to build networks. The innovation accelerator has been extremely popular and has helped participants to make incredible progress getting their business ideas off the ground.
The presentation will cover what is involved in participation in AWE, Academy for Woman Entrepreneurs, when and where it takes place and the support offered to participants along with all practical items.
The presentation will be held in Fenjamýri in Gróska on the University campus and will also be possible to watch the presentation on TEAMS afterwards on www.awe.hi.is.

- Jón Atli Benediktsson, Rector of the University of Iceland will address the guests
- Erin Concors, Public Affairs Officer · from the United States Embassy to Iceland, will address the guests
- The AWE mentors and entrepreneurs Sandra Mjöll Jónsdóttir Buch and Fida Abu Libdeh will list the AWE agenda and practical issues for participants.
