If a doctoral programme is organised dually with another university, a special agreement shall be entered into, and care shall be taken that the programme fulfills quality and programme requirements comparable to those at the University of Iceland, and that responsibility for the quality of the programme is clear.
The Graduate School reviews and manages special agreements on dual degree doctoral studies.
