Opportunities abroad with IAESTE and BEST

IAESTE is a non-profit volunteer organisation with the goal of sending students abroad on internships and finding internships for foreign students here in Iceland.

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) is an international, non-profit, and non-political student organization for STEM students from all over Europe. There are 93 separate BEST groups attached to local universities in 34 European countries, which all work towards developing students and expanding their cultural knowledge. This is done with seasonal courses where students from Europe get the opportunity to experience foreign countries and cultures while getting more knowledgeable and getting to meet new people across national borders. BEST Reykjavik is a local BEST group at the University of Iceland, and we want to let the students at the university know about our work, so we can inspire them to join a course one day.
