You are invited to a discussion with the designer and the artists of the exhibition Lend me Wings at the Telegraph Station. The event is a part of Designer March and takes place on Saturday 27 april at 2 pm to 3 pm. It is open to everyone.
The exhibition sheds light on Vigdís´s upbringing, her life, her work, and the significant impact she had during her presidency of Iceland, as well as the considerable global attention her election attracted. The exhibition includes Vigdís´s contributions to environmental conservation, the arts, human rights issues, gender equality, and to language and culture both domestically and internationally.
The exhibition Lend me Wings is open from Wednesday to Saturday at 1 pm to 5 pm.
