Welcome to the opening of the exhibition at the National and University Library of Iceland on May 14, 2024 at 15

On the occasion of the publication of the book Faces on display: Icelanders and others at the Canary Museum by Kristín Loftsdóttir, an exhibition of the same name will be opened at the National and University Library of Iceland. It is based on research within the project CERM (Creating Europe through Racialized Mobilities) at UI and discusses how people around the world have long been part of a complex and interconnected world.

The exhibition Faces on Display is grounded in Kristín Loftsdóttir's research project CERM, Creating Europe through Racialized Mobilities.
