Equality Days at the University of Iceland are held annually since 2009. Equality days combine various aspects of equality and feminism and focus on diversity, privilege, silencing, the struggle for equality, power, and discrimination.
We try to create an open discussion, a better understanding of equality and to increase the visibility of this important issue, utilising the strength of the broad range of people operating in the field of equality. The aim of Equality Days is to promote discussions and understanding of issues of equality.
