Students applying for the MA need to have a BA degree in archaeology or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university with a minimum grade of 7.25 or the equivalent. If the applicant has finished a BA-degree in other subjects than archaeology and lacks important background from his undergraduate studies, the graduate studies committee can decide in consultation with the department that the student must complete certain courses before commencing the programme.
As the course is taught in English, students are also expected to have proficiency in reading and writing English.
