Aurora for Academics: How can it enrich your teaching?
National Museum of Iceland
Aurora is an ambitious cooperation of research-intensive universities from across Europe. As one of the 41 alliances funded under the EU´s European Universities Initiative, Aurora is actively shaping the future of higher education in Europe and supporting each of its member universities to enhance the quality and societal relevance of their programmes.
But what does this mean for academics teaching at Aurora Universities? How can this unique collaboration enrich learning and teaching and support personal and professional development of Aurora teachers?
In this session, Harpa Sif Arnarsdóttir, Aurora Programme Coordinator, will introduce Aurora´s objectives and provide an overview of the main opportunities and support Aurora offers to academics. A special introduction will be delivered by Ms. Anne-May Janssen, the Secretary General of Aurora. The session will leave plenty of room for discussions with participants.
The presentation and discussions will be in English.
