Vísbending 40th Anniversary – Iceland’s Economy in Focus and Award Ceremony

A seminar hosted by Vísbending in collaboration with the Institute of Economic Studies to celebrate Vísbending's 40th anniversary.

Regular columnist to Vísbending, Katrín Ólafsdóttir, an associate professor at the School of Business at Reykjavík University, Gylfi Magnússon, a professor and department chair at the University of Iceland's School of Business, Þórður Snær Júlíusson, the editor-in-chief of Heimildin, and Þorvaldur Gylfason, a professor emeritus of economics, will discuss economic changes that have taken place over this period, as well as the challenges facing the Icelandic economy today.

For the first time, Vísbending will also have an award ceremony for an outstanding final project in the fields of economics and business studies.
