Equality Days 2023 will end with a one-day conference on "Power, Privilege, and Microaggression”, the theme of this year's days.
The conference includes three seminars, each examining the theme from a different perspective, with the first held in UA, and the other two in UI. The conference will also be streamed. At the same time, various organizations will display their work outside Akureyri and Reykjavík.
At the conference, two new projects will be presented: the report "Stereotypes in Universities," exploring the gender ratio in higher education, and the report "Fötlunarstrit: Experiences of Disabled Students at the University of Iceland".

Speakers: Anna Soffía Víkingsdóttir (she), researcher at the University of Akureyri, Ingi Þór Einarsson (he), assistant professor at the University of Reykjavík and Þóra Einarsdóttir (she), head of film, music and performing arts at Reykjavík University of the Arts.
