Abstract
My research is mostly in the field of educational linguistcs. My PhD project School experience of plurilingual students: A multiple case study from Iceland explored the interplay of linguistic repertoires and school experience of five plurilingual students. My current research project Plurilingual Pedagogies for Diverse Classrooms explores how students and teachers can build on their linguistic repertoires to enhance their learning and teaching. Other current and past research projects are linked with family language policies, quality education in diverse Nordic classrooms, mother tongue, foreign, and second language teaching.
