Roughly half of each of the undergraduate courses is joint between students in Food Science and in Nutrition.
A large part of the undergraduate courses is also joint with other faculties in the School of Health Sciences, as well as the School of Engineering and Natural Sciences.
This allows students more flexibility in organising their studies at the University of Iceland.
