Staff at the Service Desk know practically all there is to know about UI services available to students and staff. If the Service Desk staff cannot help, they will refer you to someone who can.
At the Service Desk you can:
- get various certificates and transcripts of your academic record
- pick up a student access/discount card after applying for it in Ugla
- purchase print credits
- register for courses run by the Student Counselling Centre
- get a password for Ugla
- buy a pass for the UI Gym
- ask if you are not sure about structures, rules or protocols etc.
