Agreements in specific subjects or fields of study
Most exchange agreements with universities within Europe are limited to a specific subject (e.g. physics) or, in some cases, to an entire academic field (e.g. social sciences).
Open agreements
Most collaboration agreements with universities outside of Europe, as well as some within Europe (e.g. Aurora universities) are open.
This means that it is possible to go on an exchange program in most subjects (marked open in most subject fields), provided that the subject at the host university is open to exchange students.
- Start filtering according to the subject you are enrolled in or by open agreements (open in most subject fields)
- Next, you can select a country, type of agreement (e.g. Erasmus+, Nordplus or Bilateral) or study level, etc.
- Once you have found a suitable partner school, it is important to check the host university‘s website to see what courses are available for exchange students and in what language they are taught
