Abstract

I am an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration (also referred to as the School of Business), University of Iceland. My teaching and research include Human Resource Management, Learning and Development (also termed Human Resource Development), Managerial and Leadership Communication, Work-Related Support and Workplace Social Support. Over the years, I have presented my research in many Nordic countries and occasionally at International Research Conferences for Management Disciplines in Europe and USA.
