Abstract

My research examines how libraries and cultural institutions promote social inclusion, civic engagement, and democracy. I explore their role in intercultural dialogue, integration, and the public sphere, alongside the evolving skills of library professionals. Focusing on user participation and collaborative programming, I investigate how these institutions facilitate knowledge exchange, support community building, and address societal challenges.
