This is a 60 ECTS undergraduate minor that you can take alongside a 120 ECTS major in another subject to complete a BA degree.

It is an interdisciplinary programme that allows you to choose your own path from among the courses taught at the School of Humanities. See all undergraduate courses at the School of Humanities.

The minor is offered jointly by all faculties at the School of Humanities.

Icelandic matriculation examination (stúdentspróf) or equivalent qualification. Further information can be found in the regulation on admission requirements for undergraduate study no. 331/2022.

Students have a free choice of courses within the four Faculties of the School of Humanities: overview of courses inside the School of Humanities.

Students are not allowed to take self-directed studies and beginners courses offered through the Language Centre. Students are also not allowed to take individual projects.
