The Division of Academic Affairs, in consultation with the Schools, has decided to revise the dates for the examination periods in the spring semester of 2025. The objective is to extend the time available for the Student Registry and the Schools to process candidates' graduation documents. Graduation is scheduled on June 14.
According to the previously valid academic calendar for the spring semester of 2025, regular exams were to take place from April 22 to May 8, with makeup exams due to illness and resit exams scheduled from May 28 to June 3.
The revised exam dates are as follows:
- Regular exams will take place from April 23 to May 9.
- Makeup exams due to illness and resit exams for the first 5 exam days will be held from May 20 to May 23.
- Makeup exams due to illness and resit exams for the remaining 6 exam days will be held from May 28 to May 31.
These changes aim to ensure that final course grades will be available significantly earlier than would otherwise be the case. This means that the processing of documents for candidates' graduation on June 14 can begin sooner.
