242 candidates graduate today from the University of Iceland at the University´s third graduation this year. Many of them have visited the Main Building to collect their degree certificates.

The University has not had a formal ceremony for the October graduation for many years, but candidates have instead been invited to collect their degree certificates from the University’s Ceremonial Hall in the Main Building. This arrangement has been very well received, and the vast majority of graduates have taken advantage of the opportunity. This year was no exception, as graduates came, all dressed up, to the Main Building, many accompanied by their families, to celebrate an important achievement.

The University of Iceland congratulates all candidates on their accomplishment and wishes them good luck in the future.
