The University of Iceland does not charge tuition fees, but the annual registration fee is ISK 75,000. Citizens from outside the EEA/EFTA are required to pay a handling and processing fee of EUR 135. No later than 8 February the University must have received (a) certified diplomas and transcripts of records (or Diploma Supplements instead of transcripts) or (b) certified transcripts of records which verify the granting of the degrees and the graduation dates.
