University students who wish to participate in Erasmus+ exchange studies or traineeships may apply for a disability or illness grant to meet additional costs.
Examples of costs covered by the grant:
- Assistant’s salary
- Assistant’s travel expenses
- Special housing to meet the needs of the student
- Additional travel expenses
- Shipping costs for equipment
You will need to submit an application form, cost estimation, and a certificate attesting to your disability or illness to the International Division.
The International Division will then submit a formal grant request to the National Agency of the Erasmus+ Program on your behalf.
You should make a thorough inquiry about facilities and services for students with disabilities at the host institution. You must also inform the host institution of your disability or illness as soon as possible to ensure you receive the best possible services from the start of your studies.
