Abstract

Theory of electronic systems in dimensionally reduced semiconductors; two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG), quantum dots and wires, ground state properties, magnetization, far-infrared absorption, Raman scattering, interacting mesoscopic systems in magnetic field. Time-dependent phenomena in nanosystems. Time-dependent transport in quantum wires and nanosystem. Photonics, quantum electrodynamical density functional theory (QEDFT, QED-DFT-TP). Many-body and computational physics applied to semiconductors and two-dimensional material systems.
