My research explores how social enterprises can stay true to their social mission as they grow and receive investment. I focus on the strategies and mechanisms impact investors and social enterprises use to maintain “impact fidelity”—ensuring that real positive impact is delivered, not just promised—throughout the investment lifecycle. The goal is to identify key challenges, best practices, and to develop a framework that can guide both researchers and practitioners working in this field.
