Daniel Robert Leeb

My areas of research are in Planetary Science, Astrobiology, Heliophysics AI/ML, Remote Sensing from Space and on other celestial bodies. I am currently leading development of the ISA MÁNI program to conduct research in Iceland´s terrestrial analogs that will be essential for for the future of space exploration, the TACAT project (Terrestrial Analog Comparative Analysis Tool ) which will use AI / ML to better understanding remote sensing data on earth and compare it with similar data sets from he Moon and Mars. I am a Co-i on the NASA funded HABMARS research project lead by Dr. Roy Price and a member of the Mars Sample Return NASA/ESA Joint Science field team. I Co-Chair the International Mars Exploration Analogs Working Group, and I am Chair of the Artemis Iceland Work Group. I serve on the Advisory Board of the Scientific Exploration Society and the Krach Institute for Technology Diplomacy.
