Abstract

I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Iceland, School of Education. I have worked as a preschool leader, a school officer, and a director of education and welfare for many years. I have participated in numerous national and international research projects and provided consultation to schools. My main research focus is on leadership, curriculum, and evaluation as well as children’s voices, participation, and influence on preschool practices. I chair the Icelandic Ed-ucational Research Association.
