Frjálsíþróttahöllin in Laugardalur (The Athletics Hall)
The graduation from undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Iceland takes place on Saturday 14 June at Frjálsíþróttahöllin in Laugardalur (The Athletics Hall).
The graduation ceremony will be held in two stages and is open to both graduates and their guests.
Candidates are kindly asked to arrive no later than 30 minutes before each ceremony. Each candidate is welcome to bring two guests.
- The first ceremony will begin at 10 a.m for candidates graduating from undergraduate and graduate studies from the School of Social Sciences, School of Health Sciences, and the School of Humanities.
- The second one begins at 1.30 p.m. for candidates graduating from undergraduate and graduate studies from the School of Education and School of Engineering and Natural Sciences.
By taking part in the graduating ceremony graduates commit to stay until the ceremony is over.
Graduates will receive a letter with further information closer to the date.
University staff will be on-site and assist if needed.
