Equality Days at the University of Iceland are held annually since 2009. The Equality Days programme combines various aspects of equality and feminism and focuses on diversity, privilege, silencing, the struggle for equality, power and discrimination.
We try to create open discussions, promote a better understanding of equality and increase the visibility of this important issue, harnessing the diverse strengths of all the different people working in the field of equality.
