The International NBM Conference on Sustainable Business Models will be held by the Faculty of Business Administration of University of Iceland, June 24-26, 2025.
It‘s a landmark event in sustainability and business.
The NBM Conference is now in its 10th year and it is great that Iceland has been chosen as the conference location.
Special guests and speakers
The President of Iceland, Halla Tómasdóttir, will participate in the discussion under the title “Future-proof and Innovative Business Models – Business as a force for good”. She has been a strong advocate for sustainable development and equality in business.
The keynote speaker of the conference is Professor Jan Jonker from the Nijmegen School of Management at Radboud University in the Netherlands. He is one of the founders of the NBM conferences and is known for his contributions to the field of sustainable business models and the circular economy.
Diverse program and opportunities
The conference will offer:
- 140 papers presented in 12 different sessions according to their topic
- Four specialized workshops on:
o Sustainable Fashion
o Climate-related solutions
o Interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary approaches to sustainability-related issues
o Cross-cultural approaches to innovation and sustainable business models
