Pan-European Seal Young Professionals Programme
Looking to kick-start your career at an international organisation?
The University of Iceland is a member of the Pan-European Seal Programme, jointly organised by the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). The programme’s overall objective is to foster a culture of IP, increasing the IP knowledge and awareness of Europe‘s university students and staff, and thus bridging the divide between universities and industry regarding intellectual property.
As a young professional at the European Patent Office, the second-largest intergovernmental organisation in Europe, high-achieving university graduates can undertake challenging assignments in a range of departments at the EPO's headquarters in Munich, or another EPO site such as The Hague, Vienna, Berlin or Brussels. Through a combination of on-the-job work experience and professional training, you'll have the opportunity to learn, develop your skills and increase your future employability. Passionate about its staff and committed to social responsibility, the EPO offers a supportive multicultural environment in which to embark on the first steps of your professional career.
