The admission requirement for most study programs at the University of Iceland at the graduate level is to have finished a bachelor's degree with a first-class grade average (7.25). You must always submit your school Diploma in the original language and a translation in Icelandic or English. This translation must be completed by an official translator.
If your school issues your transcripts in English, these can be accepted. Please note that in some instances, we may also require documents issued in their original language.

If you have completed the Liceo Lingvistico with English as the first foreign language you do not have to submit further proof of English proficiency. Otherwise, proof of English proficiency is needed.
