Social Work for Students

This educational session introduces Students at the University of Iceland to Social work and the role of Social workers. The session focuses on how Social Work can support students who are experiencing social, financial, family-related or other challenging circumstances.

The aim is to increase students’ awareness of the support available to them and to help them recognize when to reach out to a social worker or when another support service may be beneficial to you.

Participants are welcome to attend, ask questions and learn more about how Social Work can support students during challenging periods in their life.
