Children’s Resilience: How Can We Help Build It?
Resilience helps children cope with challenges, change, and adversity while developing confidence in their own abilities. In this session, we will explore practical and accessible ways to support children's resilience in everyday life, strengthen their self-esteem and confidence, and help them learn to cope with mistakes and difficult emotions.
We will also look at how we can support children without stepping in to solve everything for them, helping them grow into confident and independent individuals.
This session will be held in English.
