Careers Connection is the UI's professional job database connecting students and the university with employers in the private and public sector.

Students can access Careers Connection (Icelandic only) to browse job advertisements and apply.

Careers Connection lists domestic and international vacancies (full-time positions or summer jobs), as well as internship and volunteer opportunities for UI students. The platform helps students find professional opportunities that require a university degree and/or further their career development.

It is a simple and highly effective tool, a website dedicated to helping UI students make the transition from study to work, benefiting both students and employers.

Careers Connection is a great way to reach future employees, i.e. University of Iceland students, with a vast array of knowledge and skills, ready to take on the challenges of an ever-evolving job market.

Employers can access Careers Connection and advertise vacancies free of charge.  

Careers Connection has been welcomed by companies and public institutions looking to employ University of Iceland students and graduates. There is a wide variety of jobs listed, with new vacancies added every week.

Full-time jobs, summer jobs and part-time student jobs must be relevant to a university degree and/or offer career development opportunities in order to be listed on Careers Connection.
