Do you want to see bugs up close? Insects are the most diverse animal species on earth and have increased in Iceland in recent years for various reasons.
Gísli Már Gíslason, professor of biology at the University and Ólafur Patrick Ólafsson, University lecturer lead the hike with university biology students.
Participation is free of charge, and everyone is welcome. Hikers are encouraged to wear sensible shoes, bring a magnifying glass and a container.
