- Developing and maintaining the university’s brand identity.
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote the university's programmes, events, and achievements.
Public Relations
- Managing the university's relationships with the media, public, and other external stakeholders.
- Crafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and organising press conferences.
Internal and External Communications
- Ensuring effective communication within the university community.
- Disseminating important information to students, faculty, staff, and alumni through web, newsletters, email, and other channels.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Managing the university’s online presence, including its websites and social media platforms.
- Creating digital content to engage and inform the university's audiences.
Event Management
- Organizing and promoting university events such as open days, graduation ceremonies, conferences, and public lectures.
- Ensuring that events enhance the university’s reputation and visibility.
Recruitment Marketing
- Developing marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
- Collaborating with admissions to promote academic programs and support enrollment goals.
Alumni Relations
- Engaging with alumni to foster a strong, supportive alumni network.
Crisis Communication
- Managing communication strategies during crises to protect and maintain the university’s reputation.
- Providing clear and accurate information to stakeholders during emergencies.
Market Research and Analysis
