A seminar for MS students in Radiography, Health Sciences, Biomedical Studies, and Medical Life Sciences.
The MS seminar has a twofold purpose. On the one hand, students in a research-based postgraduate study programme present and discuss their projects. On the other hand, Faculty teachers and guest lecturers hold lectures. The seminar is therefore a regular platform for academic discussion within the Faculty.
The seminar should give students practice in the following:
1. To present an overview lecture on the subject of their research.
2. To answer questions in an academic discussion.
3. To familiarise themselves with content in a short time; enough to be able to start academic discussion.
4. To generally take part in discussions.
Student presentations should be about 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of discussions.
The seminar is an open and fun academic event that all students and teachers are encouraged to attend.
Further information about time and place can be found in the Universities event calendar.
