Research show that adverse events may be prevented by using communication improvement tools.

This presentation summarizes the communication improvement tools that have been implemented to date to address this cause and briefly discusses their measured effects.

It provides a blueprint that care institutions as well as educators and students across Iceland may use to enhance the quality and safety of their practice in sustainable ways.
