Dr. Larry Leibrock, Fulbright Scholar and visiting Professor at the University of Iceland gives an open lecture on cyber security titled Characterization and Implications of Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and Volt Typhoon for Iceland’s Critical Infrastructures.
