Masterclass in Value Creation for Scientists

Join us for 3 days of mentoring with Scientific entrepreneurs, experienced CEO´s, Fund managers, Venture partners, Business accelerators and experienced Board members in Life Science companies to learn about: Challenges of Scientific Inventions, Value proposition, Business Model Canvas,
Intellectual Property Rights, Finance and getting investments, Pitch Deck – and other valuable insights.

This Master Class in Value Creation for Scientists is organised by Auðna Tæknitorg /TTO Iceland at Sjávarklasinn (Iceland Ocean Cluster), Grandagarði 16, Reykjavik. Scientific inventions and results with commercial value have generally a long way to go before they reach the market and the society. This Master Class will enable attendants to put their own projects and results in commercial perspective and help in identifying their potential value. What is required? What´s ahead? What do investors want?

Participants get the opportunity to work on their own results/inventions. The Master Class is held in English and is directed primarily towards researchers, Post Docs and PhD students.

Participation fee:
15.000 ISK for partners of Auðna Tæknitorg (All universities and most public research organisations), and 35.000 ISK for others.
