Attn. Due to the ongoing rise in the COVID pandemic in Iceland we have decided to cancel the opening ceremony for the graduate program in medical science(GPMS). This new program for graduate students in the medical sciences will be opened in the coming days alongside a new website so stay tuned.

The Graduate Program in Medical Science (GPMS) is a new program for graduate students in epidemiology, clinical research, and translational science at the University of Iceland.
The aim of GPMS is to provide students with a program consisting of edicational and social events as well as support and enhance their study experience.
An opening ceremony of GPMS is planned to celebrate the opnening of the program on September 24th at 16:00 in Tjarnarsalur in the decode building at Sturlugata 8.
We hope that as many as possible of you will be able to join us in person or online and learn more about GPMS and its mission.
