Hundreds of programmes
The University of Iceland places a strong emphasis on offering a diversified and lasting education, in accordance with the needs of contemporary society. Programme variety is therefore constantly increasing. There are currently about 170 undergraduate degree programmes and within them 80 specialisations. Graduate studies have flourished greatly in the last few years, and there are now about 200 different programmes with about 115 specialisations. Whatever a student's field of interest may be, they should be able to find something that suits them at the University of Iceland.
