The School of Education aims to offer students and lecturers the best possible services.
The Office of Academic and Student Affairs handles admissions and graduation for the School of Education, monitors students’ academic progress, works on the course catalogue and class schedules and generally serves the students, instructors and other staff of the School of Education.
The School of Education Office handles matters related to the Dean, as well as housing the public relations operations of the school, and the management of finances and human resources.
Other support services in the School include IT support, the School of Education Library, the Writing Centre and the Teacher Education Bookstore.
The University of Iceland Registration Office in University Centre takes care of registrations that students are unable to perform themselves online. In the event that faculty permission is needed for registration, students should send their request to the Office of Academic and Student Affairs by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The University Centre Service Desk issues confirmations of student status as well as offering general assistance and information.
