NORDPLUS-programme of the Nordic Ministers’ Council. Grants for academic staff exchange are awarded by the collaborative network’s managing institution, which receives applications.
Bilateral agreements with the University of Iceland. There are several bilateral agreements in place with universities in the United States, Canada and elsewhere. They are primarily based on academic/non-academic staff exchange. These do not involve grants, except perhaps from UI or the partner institution.
