As she is studying the paternity leave in Quebec, a francophone province of Canada, Valérie Harvey came to Reykjavík because Iceland is recognized as a world leader when it comes domestic implication of fathers. Valerie studies now at the School of Social Sciences at the University of Iceland. With her husband, Philippe Arsenault, and their 2-years-old boy, they are discovering Reykjavík and its magnificent surroundings. The couple also compose music as the duet Yume, and they offered a concert in French and Japanese at Stúdentakjallarinn in the autumn.
